If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please note that custom-made items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

 

Return Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return. We will send you a return shipping label and schedule a pickup. Please do not attempt to return the item without contacting us first.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

If you receive an item that is the wrong color, size, material, or dimensions, you may also be eligible for a return. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are typically made within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the product type. Our operations team will contact you before shipping to confirm the delivery date, time, and location. If your location or premises require special handlings, such as an external lifter or narrow corridors, please inform us in advance.

If you reject an item upon delivery due to visible damage or discrepancy, we will provide a full refund. If you refuse to receive the item after it has been shipped without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge you the full actual shipping fees.
