Delivery Information

If your location or premises require special handling, such as an external lifter or narrow corridors, please inform us in advance.

If you reject an item upon delivery due to visible damage or discrepancy, we will provide a full refund. However, if you refuse to receive the item after it has been shipped without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge you the full actual shipping fees.
